Terms & Conditions
1. Finance Charge of 1.5% will be made on unpaid balances after 30 days.
2. The term of this Agreement is for (12 or 6) months, as applicable. The initial term of this Agreement begins upon commencement of service.
3. Customer hereby retains time4design.net to provide the data storage and transfer services over the Internet through access to time4design.net Web Servers. In exchange for these services, Customer shall pay in consideration there for the fees equal to the service type applied for by the Customer. The fees for twelve or six (12 or 6) months, as applicable, of service plus any non-refundable setup charges, if any, shall be due upon receipt of Agreement.
4. This Agreement may be terminated by either party, without cause, by giving the other party 30 days written notice. Notice must be emailed or mailed by post. Time4design.net will not accept terminations over the telephone for obvious security reasons.
PayPal
We use a third-party payment service (PayPal) to collect payments made through the Site. We do not directly collect your payment information. We do not have access directly to your payment information, including, but not limited to, any credit card number or bank account numbers that you will provide to PayPal, when you pay for the Service. In order to process your payments, you will need to provide all information required by PayPal, including, but not limited to, any credit card numbers. The terms of your payment will be based agreements between you and PayPal (www.paypal.com), as well as the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method assessed through PayPal (the "Payment Method Provider"). If MyCareerHighlights.com does not receive payment from PayPal through your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on via invoice.
